Type NB, NBA pumps are single-stage single-suction overhanging
centrifugal condensate pumps. Type GN, GNL pumps are double-stage
single-suction centrifugal condensate pumps. They are used for
transferring condensate water from the condensator or the
turbo-generator of 750~3000KW in power station as well as
turbogenerator other liquid which is physically and chemically
similar to water. The temperature of the liquid is below 80℃. Inlet
pressure is not allowed more than 0.6MPa.

Construction
Type NB, NBA, GN, N pumps are horizontal type and GNL pump is
vertical type. The pumps use rolling bearings which get lubricated
with grease. The shaft seal is either packing seal or mechanical
seal.
The direction of rotation
The rotation of the pump rotor is counter clockwise looking from
the motor to the pump.
The material of main parts of pump
The medium-contacting parts, i.e. pump casing, cover, seal ring and
shaft sleeve are made of cast iron. The material of impeller and
inducer of type N pump is separately silicon brass,
aluminium-ferro-bronze. The material of shaft is high-quality
carbon steel.
