General
Type DYI, DYII, DYIII, DY, YD pumps are single-suction,
multi-stage, segmental centrifugal cool oil pumps. They are used in
chemical works for delivering non-corrosive oil and oil products
without solid particles and with viscosity less than 120
centistokes. The temperature of the liquid is -20℃~ 150℃.
Permissible inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

Construction
(1). Inlet and outlet: The direction of inlet and outlet of all
others is vertical upward except type 100YD16 pump with horizontal
inlet .
(2). Shaft seal: Shaft seal adopts either mechanical seal or
packing seal.
(3). Bearing type and lubrication:
Type DY850—125 pump uses sliding bearings which get lubricated with
enhanced circulation of dilute-oil .Type DYI85—67,DYI155—67 and
DYII155—67 use sliding bearings which get lubricated with splashing
dilute-oil by oil ring. The others use rolling bearings which get
lubricated with grease.
(4). Support: All casings are supported by the feet under axis
except type DYII155—67 pump by the feet up to centreline.
The direction of rotation
The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor
to the pump.
The material of main parts of the pump
The mudium-contacting parts of type DYI, DY, YD are made of cast
iron, type DYI1 is cast steel, and type DYIII is cast stainless
steel.
